CHANCE GAUL

Chance was born on Dec. 20, 1996, at La Brea Mall in the women’s shoe department. He started skimming three-years later. His top-spots are 10th Street and West Street in Laguna Beach, CA. Chance is a super-talented kid. Not only is he a rad skimboarder, but he’s also an amazingly-good at skateboarding, which is what has him sponsored by Sector 9. He is also supported by XS energy drinks, Radar Skateboards, & Abecll Skateboard Wheels. Chance enjoys downhill skiing, surfing, and extreme roller-blading as well.  His father, Aaron Gaul, was also sponsored by Grape back in the day for surfing, making Chance the first “second generation” Grape team rider.

“I like skimboarding because it makes me happy. I try to go everyday” was Chance’s response when we popped the question- so much said with so little words.

Chance admire’s Grape’s durability & light weight; the combo allows him to maneuver on them. With a unicorn ranking number-one as his favorite animal, and “Barbie World”  his favorite song, Chance’s infamous motto is, “Yah, I am pretty much the man….the man to beat!!”
